• Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.

  • The FULL booking process must be complete to secure a place on camp.
  • No camper will be allowed at camp without their information being properly completed (Google Form). EVEN if their camp fees have been paid, they will then be refunded. This is to ensure the safety of your child whilst away from your care.
  • Booking Cancellations: Customer-Initiated Cancellations
    Bookings can be cancelled at any time, but the following refund rules apply:
    ● 15+ days before camp: Full refund.
    ● 14–8 days before camp: 50% refund.
    ● 7–1 days before camp: No refund.
    ● On the day or after camp has started: No refund.
    * Please note that refunds will only be made after the camp has ended and during working hours. We are unable to process refunds straight away.
  • We at AYM Camps reserve the right to cancel camp or change dates in the event of unforeseen circumstances (monies paid will be refunded in full)

  • Places are allocated on a first come first served basis, campers may be placed on a waiting list.

  • If any group member has a severe food allergy or adheres to a strict diet for significant medical reasons, and we are unable to accommodate their specific needs, we reserve the right to ask those individuals to bring their own food. We are not responsible for any health conditions or reactions that may occur as a result of food intolerances or allergies.
  • Food allergies will be considered as thoroughly as possible; however, there may be instances where specific meals need to be supplied by parents. This decision will be made at the discretion of kitchen management and camp oversight. You are welcome to contact the camp ahead of time to discuss any concerns.
  • Any Participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp oversite to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed – no refund will be made. Parents/guardians will need to arrange transport to collect the camper.  Campers must comply with all safety requests by their Counsellors.  Failure to comply will result in the camper being removed from the activity.

  • The programme will operate to the highest safety standards:  we shall not be responsible for any illness, death or accident unless occasioned by the proven negligence on the part of the Camp Oversite or counsellors.  Please note that active participation in the use of the equipment in particular trampolines, climbing frames, slides & swings etc. carries a risk and understand that AYM Camps operate the activities with health & safety key to the operation of these events. 

  • Personal accident insurance against injury, accident or loss whilst on camp is the responsibility of the client.

  • AYM Camps accept no responsibility for items lost/stolen or damaged on the premises.  We recommend that children leave any valuables at home. 

  • Photographs and video footage may be taken for promotional reasons and to send to parents and gradians during, and after camps.

  • Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.

  • We shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised at our venue 30 minutes prior to or after camp time.
