By booking your child into camp, you will agree to the following terms and conditions of AYM Camps: Notwithstanding any precaution taken by the organisers of this camp for the safety of all persons and property at the camp, I,the Parent / Guardian by submitting this form, indemnify and absolve the Camp Organisers, the Trustees for the time being of the Coastal Assemblies of God, the Anerley Campsite Trust, Camp El Olam, Camp Leadership and Sponsors against any claim whatsoever arising from loss or damage to property or injury to person that I or my child or my ward sustains in conveyance to or from, or during the camp, including, but not limited to, all activities, lawful use of any equipment (motorised or otherwise), whether supervised or not. The organisers are also hereby authorised to act 'in parentis loco' for the duration of the camp in respect of the above-mentioned camper. I hereby authorise the reasonable use of images and video of my child or ward for promotional and informational purposes and specifically for use on the Anerley Campsite webpage, the AYM Camps webpage, the Coastal Assemblies of God webpage, Camp El Olam Webpage and other linked social media pages or forums such as Facebook, Insatgram or Twitter: provided that the said use does not intentionally bring my child into disrepute or otherwise materially impair their dignity or constitute an invasion of privacy where there is an expectation of a right to privacy in the context of the camp, which includes conveyance to and from and during the camp.
